2. Placing An Order
Orders can be placed through the online-store procedure based on the Website. The procedure includes, selecting the Goods to be purchased, selecting a quantity for each of the Goods respectively, providing personal details, providing delivery information and making a transaction via the PayPal system. Payments can be made through a PayPal account or by entering the details of a credit or debit card.
The order will be accepted once payment has been accepted and verified on PayPal’s instruction.
An email acknowledging the order’s placement will be sent, containing an invoice for your records.
All prices shown on the Website and on promotional literature are correct of publish, but whilst every effort is made to ensure accuaracy, please not that they are subject to change. Discounted prices will be subject to their own terms and conditions.
All prices shown on the Website are based on £ sterling currency and VAT is applied where applicable. Delivery charges are exclusive of the Goods listed price unless stated.
All transactions made are subject to availability of stock. The Website may indicate when a product is out of stock, but this should not be accepted as a garauntee by You. Should any Goods be out of stock, we will contact You by phone or email to notify You and discuss how to proceed.
3. Product Descritpions
We can not garauntee You that Goods will match those depicted on the Website or in promotional literature on the understanding that representation may differ due to visual output such as screen settings and printer ink quality and paper quality.
All orders will be fulfilled via personal delivery or through a courier to all UK addresses. We currently use the services of the Royal Mail, but We reserve the right to use another courier to fulfil orders based on time-scale or certain delivery conditions. Any variations to the post and packing fee as a result of this will be notified to You by email or phone.
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.
Goods may be left as instructed, the safe-keeping from this point will not fall under Our responsibility.
Should goods not be delivered within 30 days, You can reserve the right to cancel to the order and expect a refund.
Once any Goods have been delivered, ownership will fall to You, as will the responsibility for damage in use or in storage.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Any Goods found damaged before or during the delivery can be subject to a refund or exchange.
Any Goods that were purchased by mistake or, in hindsight, not wanted, may be returned in good condition. Postage costs must be settled by You. A refund or an value exchange can be made.

Refunds will only be made on receiving the Goods returned in the condition described by You.
We will not be held responsible for the death or injury caused in an activity relating to the Goods.
Our liability is not limited to You in the result of a death or injury caused by Our negligence or fraud and misrepresentation.
We will not be responsible for any loss incurred on our performance to deliver the Goods and provide a service.
