Join Ceri Griffiths, recognised expert in royal icing English over-piping, for his one day class:  Introduction to Piping Techniques. Ceri with share with you all of his hints and tips for piping beautiful royal icing borders, most of which could also be piped in buttercream or ganache. You will leave class with a wonderful sampler cake of piping techniques as a reference for future piped projects.
