Join Ceri Griffiths for his debut class at the fabulous International Sugar Art Collection (ISAC) School hosted by Chef Nicholas Lodge. Ceri is the author of the award winning book “Border Inspirations 1&2” and internationally recognised English over-piping expert. Ceri will share with you several of his piped borders, his method of creating toothpick roses also many hints and tips to achieving beautiful work in royal icing. This class is aimed at students who have previous piping skills due to the volume of piping involved and the pace of the class. This is not a beginners class.

Mirrored or symmetrical piping
Stacked line work
Draped line work
Toothpick/cocktail stick roses
Making and creating templates
